The New Mexico Crime Victims Reparation Commission (CVRC) is excited to present another powerful year of connection, learning, and inspiration. The 2026 Advocacy in Action Conference is New Mexico’s premier training event bringing together professionals who are passionate about serving victims, survivors, and families across our communities.
Each year, this conference delivers dynamic sessions, nationally recognized speakers, and real-world tools you can take back to your work immediately. From criminal justice to victim assistance, behavioral health, and community advocacy — this is where professionals come together to strengthen services and build lasting partnerships.
We are pleased to announce the availability of scholarships for our 2026 conference. To be considered for the scholarship, individuals must fill out the online application in its entirety. Please be sure to read the eligibility guidelines before applying.
Scholarships cover the cost of the conference at the early bird rate ($499) and, for individuals traveling more than 50 miles one-way, the cost of accommodations at the host hotel for up to two (2) nights, Monday, June 29, 2026 through Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
Notification emails with the status of your scholarship application will be sent out on a weekly basis. Individuals that are denied a scholarship will still have the opportunity to register at the early bird rate through May 31, 2026.
